Lake Velencei is the second biggest lake in Hungary. The water is rich in mineral substances. It expands 26 square km and the average depths is 1,2 meter. Europe's hottest lake warms up 26 C in summer. Agárd located the southern shore of the lake. Agárd is the centre of the region. The medicinal and holiday tourism is prominent there. There is a thermalbath in the city with 36 C medicinal water.

The Park Strand Camping site located directly on the shore and it streches in 8 hectares. The own beach is more than 500 meter long, what is perfect to swim or fishing. The huge grassy territory is suitable to do many sport. For water relaxing there is snooky, water slide and water-cycle. For children there is a shallow bay and three playground.

Tent and caravan owners can find many shady, grassy place (with electricity supply). In the campsite there are many eating and refreshing facilities: restaurants, buffets, ice-cream shop, food-store, coctail bar etc.

On the beach lifeguards take care for bathers. During the night security looks after the safety. Night and day there is first aid service.
The campsite is easy to get to in M7 motorway or in 7 main road.
